About me…

Hi, I’m Justine, a reflexologist and wellness practitioner operating from my home studio in Forest Hill, in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I am a deeply intuitive and spiritual person, open to the information I receive during each client session—from your body, your energy, and my inner knowing.

I love working with clients, supporting your healing and uncovering deeper layers of yourself that contribute to your health. I work physically, energetically, and intuitively, interpreting what I sense through your feet and energy field, and together we explore how this connects to your health and your life.

Reflexology is my primary modality, and it never ceases to surprise me how much your feet can reveal. It might sound unusual if you’re not a “feet person,” but you truly need to experience it to understand what your feet can tell about your body. People are often drawn to reflexology for a reason. If you’ve found your way here, trust that you’re here for a purpose—you don’t need to know why just yet.

In addition to reflexology, I am a Level 2 Reiki practitioner and a teacher of mindfulness and meditation. These practises strongly support both my work and my own healing journey, which I enjoy sharing with clients. Meditation isn’t always easy, especially with a busy mind, and it’s a deeply personal journey. Mindfulness is often a helpful place to begin. Reiki may feel familiar to some and new to others, but it can be a gentle and supportive modality if you’re curious and open-minded.

I look forward to hearing from you.

  • In 2018, I experienced a drastic health crisis that made me realise I had been living in a constant “fight or flight” state for decades. It was a tough awakening, and since that time I have re-skilled and rebuilt my life, creating a second career that moves at a gentler pace, with far less stress and much more fulfilment.

I still work part-time in my first career within the corporate world, and I’m so grateful to maintain a balance between both careers.

My goal is to continually share what I know and what I’m learning with my clients, so you can also enjoy the health benefits in your life.

I love that each client who comes into my studio has a unique health story, and I learn just as much from them as they do from me.

  • Happily married to a very supportive husband, with three school-aged children and two cats.

I often help out at my children’s schools, serving on committees and assisting as a parent helper at events.

I play competitive tennis, enjoy reformer Pilates, and love taking walks around my neighbourhood.

Listening to astrological and spiritual podcasts is something I really enjoy, and I write in my journal regularly. I love deep self-reflection, particularly noting observations about life and what’s happening within and around me—the ups and downs, emotions, and thoughts that ebb and flow in my mind.

My favourite meditation practices include guided meditations, mindful breathing, reciting mantras, or simply observing the beauty of nature.

I love birds and get a lot of joy from feeding and interacting with the birds in my backyard.
